HOW DOES IT WORK ?

Doorway Genie takes 3 HTML templates plus the text file with the Keywords and merges them into an organized folder structure.

The Keywords MUST be hyphenated (the-minus-sign-between-words-like-this).

STEP BY STEP

Firstly: Create a FOLDER off your C:\ drive and call it DOORWAYS
Then create a folder inside the DOORWAYS folder called DONE1
Then create a folder inside the DOORWAYS folder called DONE2
etc

Step #1

1. Create a primary template page by using one page FROM your current website.

2. Insert the KEYWORD tags in the location and structured way shown to you when you buy the program.

3. Insert the HYPHEN-KEYWORD tags in the location shown to you when you buy the program.

4. Save this as your MAIN_TEMPLATE

STEP #2

1. Next, save this same template as your INDEX_TEMPLATE

2. Now change the KEYWORD and HYPHEN-KEYWORDS tags as shown to you when you buy the program.

STEP #3

1. Now save this Template as the SITEMAP_TEMPLATE

2. Now change the KEYWORD and HYPHEN-KEYWORDS tags as shown to you when you buy the program.

3. Now enter the SITEMAP tag as shown....

STEP #4

1. Choose your keywords

2. Remember, people use 1, 2 and 3 keywords when searching

3. Remove duplicates

4. Use our CAPITALISE program to capitalise every first letter of each word (If you want)

5. Make sure the text file is in WORDPAD and the select FIND & REPLACE (Control H) and enter a space (press space bar once) in the FIND section and enter the MINUS sign (hyphen) in the REPLACE section (box)

6. Select REPLACE ALL

This should put - hyphens between each word

7. Now check to make sure that there are NO missing lines and NO spaces

STEP #4

Double click on Doorway Genie and run the program

SUMMARY

This complete process should take you between 1 - 2 hours to do properly

If you have lot of keywords, it may take longer to sort out and clean them up.

The Doorway Genie program will do approx 1000 pages in 30 seconds (Pentium 4 2.4 CPU and 1 Gig RAM)

You can change the template word density and the do the next batch, this should take you approx 5 - 10 minutes. REMEMBER to change the destination folder for each new batch you do. Hence the DONE1, DONE2 etc at the top of this page.
